2026-2027 Grade 12 Program Fees

  • Application Fee: $150 (non-refundable - to be submitted with application form)
  • Admission Fee: $250 (non-refundable - due upon acceptance)
  • Total Annual Tuition: $23,700.00
    • Payments to be received by August 3rd, 2026
    • Payments dated August 19th 2026 ($11,850) and January 29th, 2027 ($11,850)

Activity Fee: $750.00

Building Fund: $2,000.00

Supplies & Technology: $900.00

New Student Enrollment Fee (Due upon acceptance): $1,500.00

Graduation Fee: $500.00

OUAC Account Creation: $250.00

Medical Insurance (non-refundable; due upon acceptance): $975.00

Course Transfer Fee: $200.00

Airport Pick-up or Drop off (each way): $200.00

FAMILY DISCOUNT (APPLICABLE TO FULL FEES ONLY)

  1. 10% for the second child
  2. 15% for the third child
  3. 20% for the fourth child or more

HOMESTAY ($9,500 deposit due upon acceptance)

  • $1900.00: Monthly rate
  • $200.00: Placement fee (non-refundable)

RESIDENCE (monthly rates/$9,900 deposit due upon acceptance)

  • $1650.00 per month for a triple room
  • $1950.00 per month for a double room
  • $2300.00 per month for a single room

These fees include a furnished room with 3 meals per day.

Cheque, Wire transfer, or etransfer.

REFUND POLICY:

Kells Academy does not issue refunds for the Grade 12 Program. Enrolment initiates several administrative tasks that are completed by our staff. These include activating the student’s account, completing the registration, enlisting instructors, creating physical and digital files, organizing schedules and liaising with organizational offices. This administrative work will be completed even if the student does not begin the course.
