Application Forms
To process an application, we require
- Completed form along with a non-refundable application fee.
- Copies of report cards and any educational assessments from current and previous academic years .
- Kells referral form, completed by current teacher or principal.
- Copy of birth certificate and immunization records.
- Passport size photograph.
Upon review of the application, an interview will be arranged. Placement testing and a class visit will also be scheduled for your child. Tours of the school are given throughout the year, by appointment. Please feel free to call us to arrange a visit.

NB: Contrary to other schools, Kells Academy does not require a Quebec Certificate of Eligibility.
